How We Work

Most curriculum providers lock churches into ongoing subscriptions, requiring you to pay month after month whether you’re using the resources or not. At FUEL, we believe there’s a better way. FUEL is designed with churches in mind. Instead of a recurring subscription, you simply choose the package that fits your ministry’s needs: 3 months, 6 months, or 12 months of curriculum. Once your group has completed a curriculum package, you can reach out to us for a new curriculum set when ready. Why? Because every ministry’s need is different!

Meet the
FUEL Creator

Hi! I’m Gwen Loney, the creator of FUEL. Ever since high school, I’ve had a passion for helping students move beyond simply hearing Bible stories to actually engaging with Scripture in meaningful ways. Through serving in youth ministry, leading small groups, and developing curriculum, I noticed a recurring challenge: many churches were forced to choose expensive, one-size-fits-all curriculum services, even if that didn’t fit their needs. I believed that there was a better way.

FUEL was created to provide churches with thoughtful, discussion-driven curriculum that encourages every student to discover the Word of God for themselves. Every series is designed to be Biblically grounded, practical, and engaging for today’s youth while remaining simple for volunteers to lead.

When I’m not writing curriculum, you can find me taking classes at my university, hiking, reading, spending time with family and friends, and traveling.

Thank you for trusting FUEL to be a part of what God is doing in your ministry! I hope these resources help create conversations that students remember long after the lesson ends.
